Flight to Cuzco: AeroPeru officially insisted that the bike be boxed but didn't complain at check-in. No damage despite rough handling.
Lima Airport to city: taxis no problem and very cheap $4-5
Cuzco Airport to Lima: easy ride or cheap taxi (roofrack)
