Scott Genius Review
The fork of the Scott Genius is one of its coolest features – a Twinloc remote that is paired with a fork and shocks from Fox. We had three different modes available to us to switch betwixt, including Descend, Traction Control and Climb, each of which had different levels of damping for different speeds along with different amounts of travel for the fork.
When we looked at it, it was a gorgeous bike indeed, with mounts for water bottles and a lot of free room on the bike, in addition to the really need internal cable routing tactic that make it look very slick. The older Fox 34 fork on the previous version of the Genius has been swapped out with a Fox 36 which is a lot better in terms of stiffness and reliability.
Added to this is a Syncros bar along with two shifters, brake levers and remotes. The bike feels like home when you step on it, and is a ride that that you don’t want to get off of.

- Remote felt a little old fashioned
This is the ultimate all rounder when it comes to bikes that will drive you crazy with love. It performs and looks absolutely beautiful and is going to make anyone happy.
We had the greatest time in the world on the Scott Genius, and thought that it was an absolutely ridiculous ride. While the Twinloc remote felt a little old, this was the only complaint we could possibly have about it.
