Dragon Air
We flew Dragon Air from Hong Kong to Kunming. They had no problem with the bike. Weight limit was 20kg per person. Didn't need the bike in a box. Took the bike at the Airport Express terminal in Central saving having to lug it all the way to the airport.

Dragonair will take bikes unboxed at no extra cost except for going overweight (we were recommended to keep below 50-55kg for 2 to not be charged).
