Kestrel Legend Review
The Kestrel Legend boasts a truly superb frame and overall design. Of course, this is hardly surprising, considering just how much experience Kestrel has had with perfecting its overall bike structure. The Legend is a testament to that endeavor, at least in composition. The combined components work hard to ensure that the Legend is as light as it can possibly be.
There is very little to critique about the Legend’s actual makeup. So, it was time to take it out for a spin and see what this bike was really about. True to form, the Legend was a true pleasure to ride. From the instant that the pedal was pushed down, this bike was one, smooth long ride. There was hardly effort made about riding this bike at all.
While it was easy to get going, it was a little more difficult to maintain the current speed. Here, we found ourselves exerting just a little more power. By no means did it ruin the ride, however. Another note of contention while we are at it, would that the handling needs to be tightened up a little bit. Nevertheless, the Legend performed like a charm.
Curious about its light weight and overall impressive performance, we headed to somewhere a little hillier. Here, too, the Legend really paid off. Bolstered by the lighter frame, this bike took off up and down the slopes with little trouble. The components of this bike worked in harmony with one another to prove one of the smoothest rides we’ve enjoyed in a while.

The Kestrel Legend is a well-rounded road bike that performs to optimal standards in a variety of fields.
The Legend is definitely a star in the Kestrel brand and it is a well-deserved title. This bike hits all of the right notes as you ride it.
