These tights were designed by Col d'Lizárd especially for Winter Cycling. They have proven popular for cross country skiing as well.
Earlier this year, several mailing list members were researching custom apparel for ICEBIKERS. After extensive checking of various cycling gear manufacturers, Col d'Lizárd is the only company that has expressed an interest in producing custom articles for ICEBIKE list members, or anyone else who rides in ice and snow.
100 Weight Polartec Power Stretch(tm)
These very warm wind resistant winter tights are made of Polartec 100 Power Stretch fabric by Malden Mills. This fabric has a soft fleece inner surface and a smooth abrasion resistant outer surface. They fit like lycra, feel like flannel, and are warmer than wool. They are warm even when wet. They are fairly wind resistant. The fabric is very stretchy, light weight and machine washable. Very warm to below freezing. Good all by themselves down to 15F (-10C). Add an underlayer for temps down to -10F (-23C). Your sensitivity to cold may vary.
The tights are Navy in color, with the logo created with lettering in OCR A Extended font (to celebrate our collective computer nerd-ness). The logo will appear high on one leg and low on the other (see photos below).

Col d'Lizárd has offered to have these tights silk screened with a custom ICEBIKE logo.

That's all there is to it. Your order will be shipped within a few days. (It takes a day or two to get the logo silk screening into production).
