Stolen Sinner Review

We took a good long look at the Stolen Sinner when we first picked it up to review. It featured a 100% chromoly frame and fork, which made for a really durable bike overall. The top tube came in at a great 21” with an 8.5” standover height.

The fork also had a 28-30mm offset attached to 9” handlebars that really did a great job of maintaining control over the rougher parts of a BMX track. In addition to this, we had a lot of fun with the solidity of the frame, which we soon realized was among the most durable we had seen to date. The cranks were great too, with a very high power transmission indeed.

Of course, no bike is without its own share of problems, and we were surprised to find that the Sinner didn’t have much to be complained about. One of the few things we did feel a little cranky about was the sprocket, which made the tires feel a little shaky. Other than that, it was an absolutely marvelous ride. Our team had the best time ever during the review.

+Pros:

  • 100% chromoly frame, forks and bars
  • Fun to ride with minimum complaints
  • Amazing cranks and power transmission
  • Feels sturdy and solid

-Cons:

  • Sprocket and tires felt a little too wobbly

The Verdict

Made for both the park and the street, the Stolen Sinner is a BMX bike that is playful, fun to ride and makes you want to commit heresy to get your hands on.

Even with the shaky wheels, the Stolen Sinner was a true pleasure to review. We enjoyed its sturdiness, although it was a little on the heavy side, and we can’t wait to find out more about Stolen’s range of bikes in the future.
