Ibis Tranny Review
Unless, you were talking about the price, there really is not anything bad to say about the Ibis Tranny. In fact, if you are a diehard cyclist even the price becomes acceptable once you see what this model has to offer. The Tranny is so called for its transitional abilities as a bike. You can choose between one-by drivetrain, chain or belt-drive singlespeed with the help of the Slot Machine. This, alone, is one of the more admirable qualities of this model.
The next thing that we were pleasantly surprised with was the speed! Once you get going on this bike, there really is no stopping you. This is one of the reasons that this is an incredibly fun bike to ride. It really does create an entire experience for the bicycle.
Of course, this is a hard tail so we would be remiss if we did not head up to the mountains. What matters here as you can imagine is the suspension. The suspension on this bike really is great. It is aided by the carbon fibre frame. Together, they allow for a smooth ride. Getting up slopes is also a breeze as the bike does not weigh much so the light frame really does come in handy here.
This bike hit all of the right notes as we put it through its paces. At every turn, we were both delighted and amazed. If you had a wish list of all of the bikes you wanted to own, this bike would be near the very top. It is definitely worth every extra penny you have to spend.
